Inconsistent Communication, Cancellations. Carrie has canceled bookings last minute multiple times and was unresponsive to questions. She also dismissed safety concerns regarding warning lights and soft brakes.
Aged, unsafe driving experience. The 2006 Dodge Sprinter with 240k miles has significant sway, soft brakes, and warning lights (ABS, ASR/BAS, engine lights) raising safety concerns. It is not fuel efficient and lacks a backup camera. The build also has broken features.
