- Our goal is to include everything you need from the time of pickup, all the way to drop-off. The only items we ask you to bring are pillows and blankets. Here is a basic list of items included with every trailer.

Rental Rules:
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed with pet fee
- No smoking allowed
- The sum of the cleaning fee is $0 if returned clean or $150 if not returned dirty. If the optional toilet is used please make sure to wipe down and disinfect the entire surface before packing up.
- WINTER CAMPING: We love winter camping! Please note that the trailer is winterized from October 30th, 2023 to March 30th 2024 meaning water cannot be put into the holding tank.
- Camping! Please understand that the trailer is setup with an OUTSIDE shower / toilet tent. Glamping is still camping!
