Friendly but inconsistent and vague. Ryan is often friendly and communicative, but delegated pickups to unfamiliar friends and provided vague explanations regarding a discrepancy in damage repair costs.

Drives well but serious disrepair. While generally driving well and having good fuel economy, the vehicle has serious reported safety issues, a leaking lavatory, duct-taped windows, and numerous interior and amenity malfunctions.
