Responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Nathan and Dana are excellent communicators, very accommodating, and flexible, even going the extra mile to fix issues like the solar charging system and providing detailed instructions.

Drives wonderfully, well-equipped. The van is comfortable, clean, and reliable, described as driving wonderfully even over mountain passes and keeping occupants warm and dry in adverse weather. It's well-equipped and generally has no issues.
