The Guest assumes full financial responsibility for any interior damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to: interior surfaces, furniture, appliances, electrical components, plumbing systems, textiles, and accessories, regardless of the cause of such damage.

The guest signs an additional agreement on liability for internal damage.

Interior damage also includes hidden damage discovered after the trip has ended.
Damage assessment is based on photo and video documentation and actual repair or replacement invoices.

These terms do not override or replace Outdoorsy’s policies and insurance terms and apply only to the extent permitted by the platform.
