Inside Bed: Back seat bench turns into almost a king size and will need king sheets. We suggest king sheets and queen comforter/blankets.
Skybunk: Full/Queen sheets fit
We can supply sheets and bedding. Most renters typically bring their own. Please let us know if you will be bringing your own bedding.
Expectations for waste tank
If the renter decides to use the toilet they will be required to empty the cassette tank. This is located on the outside of the van on the driver's side with a key entry and latch that opens the cassette. Remove the box and dumb into any toilet or a sewage/waste station located at campgrounds. After you empty the waste tank you will need to add a small amount of water and add a waste tank tablet which we will supply.
Can I leave my car?
Yes, you can leave your car in our home’s driveway. We do have cameras but are not responsible for your vehicle.
Pro tips & expectations:
1. Please treat the van as if it is your own.
2. Remove shoes.
3. Do not sit in the middle of the bench seat. There is not a seatbelt there and it is not suitable to hold weight.
4. If it is raining please consider sleeping in the van rather than the sky bunk.
5. Double check that the sky bunk is secured and locked before driving.
6. If it is raining please make sure all windows are closed.
7. Do not use the awning if you have not been shown how to use it.
8. The van takes 87 unleaded gasoline
9. Please leave dirty/sandy shoes outside
10. Please communicate with us if any questions arise.
11. Microwave and A/C unit only work when the van is plugged in.
12. Please keep microwave use to a minimum as it is a small unit. Do not make popcorn in the microwave. The bags are too large and will burn the ceiling.
13. Please make sure the back storage unit is secure before driving.
