The Leitner Designs ACS FORGED is the culmination of 5 years and hundreds of thousands of off-road miles of testing. Introduced in late 2019, the ACS Forged carries on the legendary durability, modularity, and customizability of the original ACS Classic in a sleek new package.

Designed around real-world overland, work, and adventure use, the ACS FORGED features an all-aluminum construction, patented sliding load bar technology, and a fully modular accessory mounting system that allows you to customize your setup for any adventure.

Lightweight Strength: Manufactured from military-grade aluminum with zinc-nikel coated hardware for maximum corrosion resistance.

Sliding Load Bar Functionality: Comes with a rear sliding load bar, allowing you to load oversized cargo into the truck bed.

Built For Anything: Engineered and tested for demanding off-road conditions while maintaining everyday drivability and bed usability.

Adjustable Height Compatibility: Standard rack height is 23 inches. Additional height can be added using the Forged Riser Kit (adjustable up to 4 inches).

Modular Design: Easily mount Leitner Designs accessories, third-party gear, and more using integrated T-slot mounting channels and our TrakLOK Bolt Kit for fast, secure, and fully customizable accessory installation. T-slot compatible with Thule, Yakima, and Rhino Rack.

Easily Convert: The ACS FORGED can easily be converted to an ACS TONNEAU, ACS NDNS, or even adapted to another bed length if you change vehicles down the road.
