*Tent has been used a total of ~9-10 times and worked flawlessly in summer conditions and with the insulation liner in 15 degree weather in winter. Integrity of all latches/locks/brackets/fasteners in prefect working order

**The only reason I am selling is because I moved to a place with a 1-car garage port that sadly no longer fits the tent in it, so am looking to downsize to something smaller/packable in the car.

***I self-engineered a Conveyor System for easily getting tent on top of car by one person that I can include if wanted
