The tent is stored in my garage and while I had no intentions of selling it so soon, we've had a few urgent matters come up that we need to tend to.

This was purchased back in May of this year. It was used one time in our backyard. It's in like new condition and comes with all of the DLX features.

If you aren't familiar with these tents, I'd recommend researching them to make sure it's the right size for your needs.
