3. System Use & Responsibility: Renters are responsible for understanding the proper operation of all camper systems, including the water system, solar charging system, awning, and other provided equipment.

4. Water Tank: The fresh water tank is provided empty. You may fill it during your trip but must empty and drain it before returning the camper to avoid additional fees.

5. Tires & Recovery: An off-road tire plug kit is included; no spare tire is provided. Renters are responsible for tire repairs, recovery expenses, towing, and any costs resulting from off-road use or poor route selection.

6. Pets & Smoking: Pets are welcome with the applicable pet fee but must not cause damage. Smoking or vaping inside the camper or rooftop tent is strictly prohibited.

7. Trail Use: This camper is built for off-road travel but has limits. Renters are responsible for operating it safely, using good judgment, and avoiding obstacles or terrain beyond the capabilities of the camper or tow vehicle.
