Out growing this tent and want to let someone else enjoy this tent. Perfect for two people, I have a kid now and have switched back to a ground tent. It has been on a handful of camping trips and has always been aired out every trip. Never had a spot of mold or smells. If you do buy the tent I will help load it onto your vehicle as I have access to a crane. It's been through rain, sun and snow and has held up amazing. I upgraded to the new aircore mattress and it is super comfortable. It does come with the awning brackets. The original ladder it came with was flimsy so I am using a GFC ladder with Mantis Claw mounts. I will throw in the Alu-Cab ladder mount as well.
