How pickup works:
You’ll receive a video walkthrough and PDF manual before your trip. Pickup is self-serve and available 24/7 via secure lockbox, just 10–15 minutes from the Las Vegas airport.

Pet policy:
Dogs under 40 lbs are welcome with the pet add-on. No solo pets inside the van.

Rules + important notes:
– No smoking, rooftop climbing, or festival use
– No off-pavement travel (except less than 1 mile at slow speed to trailheads or campsites)
– 150 miles per night included; extra miles billed at $0.45/mi
– $119 prep fee includes cleaning, linens, and restocking
A quick note on climate: the van has both A/C and heat that run while the engine is on, plus a portable fan and a built-in ceiling fan for airflow overnight. For cold-weather trips, a Mr. Buddy heater is included, and an electric blanket is available as an add-on. Most guests stay comfortable by warming or cooling the van before bed and choosing a campsite at a comfortable elevation — happy to suggest spots!
