* Upon pick-up please allow 30 to 45 minutes for training, inspection, a recap of rules and regulations, sign-off, etc.
* No pets, festivals (especially Burning Man), smoking, towing, or international travel.
* Schedule permitting, vehicle delivery/pick-up is available for $4.00 /mile.
* Standard cleaning is included. For above and beyond cleaning there will be a $150 charge.
* Please notify us prior to your trip if you will be traveling to an area with freezing temperatures. In order to avoid damage due to frozen plumbing and/or water pump, it's possible we may need to restrict water usage during your trip.
