Owner Responsiveness/Communication. Kevin is a great host, very responsive and helpful. He walked us through everything at the start of our trip, checked in with us, and was flexible with drop off.
Vehicle Condition/Amenities. Kevin's Sprinter Van is just PERFECT. It is comfy to sit in, comfy to sleep in. It has a sink, fridge, lights, electric outlets, heater, fan, and window covers for privacy.
