Stay in our clean, maintained, high-clearance 2018 Forest River Flagstaff MAC 206LTD pop up tent trailer. Queen and full size beds along with a dinette that converts to another full size bed, sleeps 6. It has new Hankook tires (June 2026) with clearance to easily drive to any offroad camp sites. Our PUP trailer has an electric winch that raises and lowers the roof with a flip of a switch - avoiding the worst part of pop-ups, cranking them open! Indoor stove and outdoor bbq stove with quick connect propane. Propane built-in heater with thermostat works like new and the heated bunk mattresses and built in bed fans ensure you sleep comfortably. This PUP is mid-size compact, one size up from the smallest size option at 1,700lb. Can be towed by most mid-size or full-size SUVs, wagons, and trucks. It has roof rack to mount your cartop carrier / ski rocket box or strap down accessories- but all rooftop gear must be removed before raising camper!

Important towing facts:
2" trailer ball. Tow vehicles with lower clearance and lower hitch receivers (small SUVs, wagons, vans, etc) may want or need a 2"-6" rise receiver due to the trailer tongue being higher. We do have a 2" rise receiver with ball you can borrow!

Trailer has 1,700lbs dry weight and weight is usually under 2,000lbs fully loaded. Trailer has built-in trailer brakes but those are optional and not required for use. If you aren't sure if your vehicle can tow, check if your vehicle tow rating is up to 2350 Gvwr and 195lb tongue weight. Connects with either a 7pin or 4pin trailer connection on your vehicle - we have both. Note that a 4pin connection does not charge the battery when towing and does not operate the trailer brakes. The roof rack can be used to mount bikes, roof cartop box, and other gear, but all gear mounted on roof Must be removed before raising the roof.

The trailer comes equipped with brand new battery, propane tank, bed fans, kitchen sink, faucet with electric water pump, USB charging outlet, indoor stove and outdoor BBQ stove. The trailer will be stocked with basic camping and cleaning supplies including paper towels, plates, bowls, plasticware, trash bags, sheets and mattress covers. We have additional camp gear if you need it - please just ask!
