Embark on the ultimate tour of the American West in this meticulously crafted ProMaster 3500 Extended. Designed as a "boutique hotel on wheels," this van offers over 13 feet of interior living space, providing a level of comfort and luxury rarely found in a mobile platform. Whether you are chasing the sunrise in Rocky Mountain National Park, exploring the towering dunes at Great Sand Dunes, or crossing the border into Utah to visit the "Mighty 5," this van is your perfect, paved-road sanctuary.
Winterization Notice: To protect the van’s plumbing and tankless water heater from freezing temperatures, the plumbing system has been disconnected for the winter. There IS NO Operational Plumbing Available During Your Rental. The toilet and sink drains remain functional for waste and wastewater disposal; however, running water is not available.
The Interior Suite & Gourmet Kitchen
Spa-Level Amenities: Experience the rare luxury of a fully tiled stand-up shower with a matching tile backsplash and stainless steel faucets. The bathroom features its own designated sink, bright dedicated lighting, and a reliable flushing toilet.
Gourmet Ready: The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality pots, pans, and utensils. Prepare meals over the real flames of the double-burner propane stove, supported by a deep stainless steel sink, and a spacious 3.3 cu. ft. mini-fridge (w/ freezer).
Rest & Lounge: Sink into the Queen-size bed with soft bedding and fresh linens provided. A small couch also pulls out into a full bed, perfect for a third guest. Enjoy your meals at the provided dining room table.
Intelligent Storage: Keep your living space clutter-free with ample upper cabinetry. For larger gear, the van features a massive "garage" storage area underneath the bed, and the pull-out couch contains a large internal storage compartment for easy access to your essentials.
Atmosphere & Entertainment: Fully customizable lighting allows you to set the mood—from bright overhead LEDs and bathroom lighting to warm under-cabinet accent lighting. Wind down with a movie on the 9-inch LCD monitor (built-in DVD player) or lose yourself in a novel under the warm glow of dedicated bedside reading lights.
Off-Grid Power & Dual-Climate Control
Unmatched Energy: A massive 600Ah battery bank and 3000W inverter run your electronics and the rooftop AC unit for days on end—even while boondocking—without ever needing a generator. This system is supported by three high-efficiency Zamp Obsidian solar panels (300W total), harvesting the Western sun to keep you powered.
Masterful Cooling: Stay refreshed during scorching desert afternoons. The high-output rooftop AC unit acts as a powerful oasis, keeping the interior ice-cold and comfortable no matter how high the mercury climbs.
Dual-Heat System: For shoulder-season chills, the AC unit seamlessly transitions into a heat pump. When temperatures drop below 50°F, the Espar under-seat gasoline furnace takes over. It taps directly into the van's fuel tank, providing toasty, reliable heat with almost zero electrical draw and an auto-sensing altitude system for perfect performance in the high Rockies.
Instant Hot Water: Enjoy hot showers via the propane tankless water heater, which provides instant heat while minimizing electrical use.
Massive Capacity: Travel longer with a 45-gallon fresh water tank. Please note the black water tank (shower/toilet) has an 18-gallon capacity.
Premium Drive & External Amenities
Outdoor Living Room: Expand your footprint with the beautiful, easy-to-set-up Thule Awning (approx. 10' x 8'). A dedicated exterior LED light over the sliding door illuminates your patio space, making it the perfect spot for an evening dinner under the stars.
Concert Sound: Long road trips fly by with a high-end aftermarket speaker system and subwoofer for crystal-clear audio.
Smooth Handling: The rear axle features airbag suspension to help distribute the build’s load, paired with solid-tread tires and a reliable full-size spare for total peace of mind.
Easy Access & Storage: Integrated running boards at all doors make getting in and out effortless. For your adventure equipment, the van features a massive 20 sq. ft. heavy-duty roof rack with an integrated side ladder for easy access.
Travel Policy & Safety
Paved Road Exploration: This vehicle is a Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) luxury cruiser optimized for smooth, paved adventures. Due to its high-end build and weight distribution, this van is strictly prohibited from off-road use, steep gravel roads, or unmarked trails.
Roof Rack Policy: The roof rack is provided for lightweight gear storage only. For your safety, the rack and ladder are not to be used as a viewing platform or lounge area.
Note: As a 21-foot vehicle, this van drives smoothly but requires a driver who is comfortable with a larger footprint.
