Our 21-foot Winnebago Solis is a basecamp on wheels: roomy enough for a couple or family, compact enough to drive with confidence, and thoughtfully stocked so you spend less time assembling gear and more time noticing where you are.

There is a flexible sleeping setup, a simple galley, a wet bath, storage that works, and the basics for coffee, meals, and an evening outside. Nothing ornamental. Nothing you have to be an expert to use.

It is not trying to be a hotel. It is trying to be a good place to land.

Custom bed and dining upgrade:
- Standard Solis layouts ask the rear bed to do one job. Ours does more. A custom-engineered table system gives the back of the van two distinct lives:
- By day: A sturdy indoor/outdoor dinette table for meals, remote work, cards, maps, or coffee with the rear doors open to wherever you decided to stop.
- By night: The table transitions into a supported bed extension, expanding the lower Murphy bed from a standard Full XL into a Short King measuring 73 inches wide by 77 inches long. It uses the full width of the van, giving couples and taller sleepers considerably more room to stretch out.

The custom table, fitted extension cushion, and setup demonstration are included with the rental.

The pop-top: another room, one important ritual:
- The pop-top creates a second sleeping area above the van—a small room with a higher view, screened openings, and its own sense of distance from the campsite below.
- Open and close it only while parked, following the pickup demonstration. Before driving, remove loose gear and bedding, lower the roof slowly, tuck the fabric fully inward, secure every latch, and make one final walk around the van. The Solis never moves with the pop-top raised or partially latched.

If rain reaches the pop-top fabric, let it dry completely before storing it whenever possible. If weather or departure time requires lowering it while damp, reopen it as soon as conditions allow and leave it raised until the fabric is fully dry. That small step prevents mildew, odors, staining, and damage to a part of the van meant to spend its life opening toward the sky.
