Darth Vander is one of our flagship vehicles and he is amazing. Made by the incredible VanDOit team right here in Kansas City, this modular custom van is ready for you to get on the road and Choose Your Own Adventure! The van siths (siths... hehe get it?) up to 8 people with 6 removable seats for more floor and storage space.
It has a queen sized bed on a hydraulic lift which can easily move up and down so cargo can be placed wherever you want on your adventure. There is a single mattress that fits on the slide-out for a third (or fourth if you don't mind sleeping close) person and then 2-3 more can sleep on the roof-top tent with plenty of room for more people and animals to sleep on the floor. This is an amazing vehicle for friends and families to get out and see the Star (Wars... Sorry I can't resist...I'm a big old nerd).
We usually have it set up to both seat and sleep 4.
Darth Vander has a lot of custom features for your adventure including our favorite: The Espar Heater system that allows you to Choose Your Own Adventure for all four seasons. It is integrated with the van and uses about a half gallon of gas to keep the van toasty all night long.
Interior Custom Features:
- Full electrical system that works with shore hookups and recharges while driving.
- Cold water pump from a 6 gallon tank that can be used inside or outside.
- TV and DVD player that fold up out of the way when not in use.
- Queen-sized mattress, single mattress, and a roof-top tent. Several people and/or animals can sleep on the seats or the floor.
- An efficient Espar air heater inside to allow for all-season colder weather camping.
- Bug screening to sleep with the doors open on those beautiful summer/spring/fall nights.
- A retractable 8 ft. easy crank canopy for outside shade.
- Interior dome and accent lighting to party all night long.
- An MaxxFan Deluxe Complete Ventilation System for increased airflow.
- Moisture and mold resistant insulation.
- Passenger Swivel seat to turn the van into a living room.

We try to be as flexible as possible with cancelations but cancelations mean that we lose money when the vehicle would have otherwise been rented out. Deposits are fully refundable 30 days or more from your vehicle pickup. If you book less than 30 days in advance of your departure date, you will have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. If you want to cancel 8-29 days before your departure, we will reschedule one time for no charge, or cancel your rental but your deposit will not be refunded. Your rental fee balance is charged at 7 days before pickup and we are unable to reschedule or refund at that time. The reasons for these policies are due to the fact that we lose out on potential rentals while you had a booking reserved. We apologize for any inconvenience and please reach out with any questions.
