Tent is in great condition. 2nd owner. Tent is luxuriously large. 2 people could easily sit up side by side to watch movies, plenty of space for board games. Room for 2+dogs, or 3 people comfortably. We were able to add an additional 3” memory foam topper and still easily close the tent. This sleeping arrangement was as comfortable as our home bed.
The annex drastically increases the size of useable space with the tent. It includes a fully rubberized floor that really encloses the annex. There is plenty of room around and behind the ladder which can even accommodate additional sleepers.
