Highly responsive and accommodating. Lloyd communicates easily, responds quickly, and is flexible with meet-up points. He offered hotel drop-off/pick-up, and met guests at the airport at 11 pm after flight delays with a full tank of water and fuel.

Good mobility and driving characteristics. This 21-foot sleeper van drives well, offering good mobility. It may take a day for new users to familiarize with operations. Guests found it clean, cozy, well-equipped, and comfortable for couples or small families with pets.
