Evidence of such use—including but not limited to odors, stains, ashes, or residue—will result in a minimum $200 cleaning and deodorizing fee. Additional charges may apply if deeper restoration or professional remediation is required. Any additional use that would cause damage or extreme wear and tear on the trailer.
