Mighty 5 National Parks Loop — Utah's crown jewels are all within a day's drive. Hit Arches and Canyonlands near Moab, then continue south to Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Zion. The van's off-grid capability is perfect for established campgrounds and dispersed camping between parks.
Moab Area — About 4 hours southeast. Red rock scenery, scenic drives along the Colorado River, and easy access to both Arches and Canyonlands. Beautiful established campgrounds at Sand Flats and along Highway 128.
Uinta Mountains — Just an hour east of SLC. Alpine lakes, cool summer temperatures, and excellent campgrounds. The Mirror Lake Highway is a scenic must-do.
Bonneville Salt Flats & Great Salt Lake — Otherworldly landscapes a couple hours west. Incredible for sunset photography and stargazing.
