The cabin has a Queen (60”x80”) which can accommodate 2 adults + 1 child. The Rooftop Tent has a Full XL (54”x80”) which sleeps 2 adults or 3 kids.
Add-On Required to Unlock Tent.
Roof Top Tent — the quickest & easiest on the market!
Set-up & pull-down in 2 mins. The Tent is spacious, ventilated, well insulated, includes LED light strip & allows you to store your sleeping bags + pillows as you travel between locations. Access via a telescoping ladder securely attached to the tent’s structure.
Outdoor Bathroom:
Instant Hot-Water Shower included.
Add-On Privacy Tent & Toilet.
Kitchen:
The Premium Kitchen Galley is equipped with a 2 burner stove, sink with 18G of water, 40 Quart refrigerator & ample storage for your food. Includes a 6-person place setting + pots, pans & all the utensils you will need.
Cabin:
Has ample headroom and organized storage with drawers, cubbies, hooks, lights & device charging ports.
Pets:
While they aren’t allowed in the Cabin or Tent, your pets can still come on your adventure! Set your pet up to sleep in your tow vehicle.

Towing:
Renter to provide Rear Hitch with 2-inch Tow Ball on your Tow Vehicle. Tow Ball should ideally be approx. 18” off the ground to the top of the Tow Ball.
Trailer has a 7-Pin RV connector to power the Trailer’s Lights (signal, night & brake lights) & Electric Trailer Brakes. The Trailer Brake Controller will be provided by the Renters’ Tow Vehicle.
Power:
Lithium Battery (+ built-in Solar Panel provided) power the the fan, fridge, water pump, lights and 12-volt outlets (USB/cigarette lighter) for off-grid camping
Shore power connection available, which when connected will power 110 volt standard outlets. Extension cord provided.
Security:
The Trailer is secured by providing high-end locks to secure the Trailer Hitch to the Tow Vehicle and Lock the Trailer Coupler Closed OR Open. Additional Locks secure the Cabin Doors, Kitchen Galley, Hot-Water Tank & Roof-Top Tent.
Water in the Winter:
Water Tank & Heater are NOT available when the Trailer is Winterized due to pipe freezing risk. Instead, a 7 Gallon Aqua-Tainer will be provided.

The Newberg Oregon pick-up location is conveniently located in the north of the Willamette Valley, giving you easy access to: Oregon Coast & Coastal Mountains; Columbia River Gorge; Cascade Mountains; and Central Oregon, Bend & Sisters. Jellybean is a great basecamp for a Mountain Biking adventure as you can bring 4 MTB’s on the trip. Plan a trip to Camp & visit Trail Systems like: Post Canyon in Hood River; Oakridge; Silver Falls State Parks; McKenzie River Trail; Yacolt Burn State Park in WA.

Renter agrees to complete a full walk-around to ensure road readiness, including but not limited to:
1. MaxxFan closed
2. Cabin windows closed
3. Rear stabilization jacks raised
4. Front trailer foot fully raised
5. Rooftop tent collapsed, stowed, and latched
6. Propane tank disconnected; hose stored
7. All water/propane hoses and electrical cords disconnected and stowed
8. Safety chains and breakaway cable connected
9. Kitchen galley items stowed; cabinets closed
10. All doors locked (cabin, galley, instant hot water)
11. Bikes secured by front and rear tires
12. Tires visually checked and properly inflated
ON-ROAD USE ONLY:
Trailer has 15” ground clearance and is not designed for off-road or overlanding use. Well-maintained dirt or gravel roads are permitted only if suitable for standard vehicles. Outdoorsy insurance does not cover off-road damage; renter assumes full liability.
ROOFTOP TENT RULES:
Tent must be collapsed, stowed, and latched before moving.
Climbing on the tent roof or transporting items on top is prohibited.
NO SMOKING inside the trailer or rooftop tent.
NO PETS inside the cabin or rooftop tent.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE:
An additional cleaning fee may be deducted from the security deposit if the trailer, rooftop tent, galley, or supplies are returned excessively dirty.
ADD-ON SUP & LIFEJACKETS:
Use is at renter’s sole risk. Renter assumes all responsibility and waives all liability claims against Richard & Jessica Hughes. A separate waiver must be signed at pickup.
ADD-ON BIKE LOCK PACKAGE:
Renter acknowledges locks can be defeated. Liability for bike theft remains with renter, who waives all claims against Richard & Jessica Hughes.
