Not Refunded: The entire booking total, including tax. Grace Period for Full Refunds. Before a booking request is accepted by Host, Renter may withdraw for a full refund. Once a booking is confirmed, Renter may cancel for a full refund within: (a) Twenty-four hours of booking confirmation if departure is seven or more days away; or (b) one hour of booking confirmation if departure is fewer than seven days away. *Note: U.S. military service members are eligible for a full refund if their cancellation is due to the service member or an immediate family member entering active military duty more than thirty days before departure.

No driving on unpaved roads. Bumps and potholes can lead to water spillage or pipe and cabinetry damage. Or even worse, you could get stuck and you will be held liable for any towing or damage to the vehicle.
You are responsible for the condition of the tires during your trip.
Please always respect other campers and travelers.
DRIVE SAFELY! Be mindful of height and length of the van and always follow the rules of the road.
