Our family camper van

This is our family van, a 2022 Ford Transit 350 AWD converted by 4Future Van Co. in San Clemente. We designed it around our own family of four, so it's set up for real trips with kids.

Seats and beds
There are four belted seats. The rear bench has 3-point belts, headrests and Latch anchor points. It flips up in about 30 seconds when you want more floor space.

The upper bed is 65" x 72". I'm 6'2" and sleep comfortably up there. The lower bed is 68" across, which suits kids or adults up to about 5'8". Or one taller adult can sleep lengthwise down there with over 8 feet of length.

Traveling as two or not planing on sleeping in the van ? We can set the van up with a rear dinette and table instead, which converts to a 60" x 68" bed. The top bed is adjustable too, so tell us who's coming and we'll set the height and layout to suit.

Living in it
The galley has a sink and a 44L fridge/freezer, and there's a camping table and two-burner stove for cooking outside. We include everything you need to cook for four.

A 5kWh battery with solar keeps the fridge cold and your devices charged, and there are plenty of outlets and USB ports. Every window has an insulated cover for privacy and naps.

On the road
It's a heavier-duty Transit 350 with a lightweight conversion, so there's plenty of payload for four people and gear. With all-wheel drive, insulation and sound deadening, it's quiet on the highway. CarPlay, Android Auto and upgraded speakers front and back make long drives easy. Both cab seats swivel to face the living space once you've parked.
