Avy is your cozy house on wheels, ready to take you on your next outdoor adventure! This state-of-the-art camper van was custom built by the experts at Rydawell Van Co. in Ballard, WA. She comes equipped with everything you'd ever want to live off-grid while exploring all of the beauty that the PNW offers.
There is an immense amount of storage space available for all your gear in the garage, complete with a massive center pull-out rack to make accessing your items a breeze.
With solar panels, EcoFlow power system, and shore power, you'll have all you need to stay cool in the summer, and warm in the winter while powering everything you need to live comfortably. And with a Starlink system, you'll have WiFi wherever you go. With more outlets and USB ports than you can imagine, you'll be able to plug in all of your devices throughout the van with ease.

Authorized Drivers
Only drivers approved through Outdoorsy may operate the van. Please drive conservatively and allow extra stopping distance, as camper vans are larger and heavier than standard vehicles.
Road Restrictions
Avy is designed for adventure, not off-roading. Travel is permitted on paved roads and well-maintained gravel roads only.
Prohibited:
Off-road trails, mudding, beach driving, or water crossings
Roads marked "4x4 Recommended" or "High Clearance Required"
Racing, towing, or activities that place unusual stress on the vehicle
If you're unsure whether a road is appropriate, please ask.

Follow all operating instructions
Retract the awning during wind, rain, or when leaving camp
Do not climb or store gear on the roof
Monitor battery and water levels
Report any system warnings promptly
Cleanliness & Care
Please remove trash, clean dishes, wipe up spills, and return the van in reasonably clean condition.
Normal use is expected. Excessive dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, or unusually heavy cleaning may result in additional fees.
Smoking, Pets & Damage
No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use is permitted inside.
Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.
Please return the van with the same fuel level provided at pickup.
If anything is damaged or not functioning properly, notify us as soon as possible. This helps us support you during your trip and keep the van in excellent condition for future travelers.
