4-person Tepui Ultralite Kukenam XL Baja series Rooftop Tent

This is a 4-person Ultralite Kukenam XL Baja Series Tepui Rooftop tent, an original Tepui tent bought and picked up from the original company, Tepui Outdoors, Inc. in Soquel, CA in 2017. It has only been used three times, so the tent is in great shape. The only signs of wear are on the external thick rubber zip cover, due to movement to and from storage. The tent, when packed up, is about 130 lbs. It unfolds like an accordion to double the size, with a sleeping footprint of 72 x 96 in. This is the XL version, which is a four-person tent. It has a thick cushioned floor. No need to sleep on a pad. This is not the ruggedized version, this is the light version. Two men can lift it on top of a car or the back of a truck fairly easily. We created our own "annex" underneath with shower curtains, as you can see in the photo. This is an awesome tent, as the photos attest. It has been stored in our garage. The tent requires a rack on top of your car. I have a Thule rack. It seems that Tepui tents have now been bought out by Thule, as the Tepui website directs to Thule now ( Anyway, you'll need to get a rack fitted to your car. The tent is secured to the rack. I think I have the Thule Aeroblade rack, which I am keeping since it specifically fits my car, but we can show you how to install the rooftop tent if you have a rack already.
