23Zero Walkabout 62 2.0 Roof Top Tent with removable long annex with waterproof ground footprint

This tent is in excellent condition! It has only been used a handful of times. We love the easy set up of this tent but sadly with our dog getting older it's becoming to difficult to get him in/out of the tent.

It has no rips or tears on the tent or annex. The cover does have some scuffs on the corners from moving it on/off and a small seam separation that just needs to be glued back but still in great working condition! The photos do not show but the annex does include a thick durable waterproof zip on ground footprint. Tent has been recently fully rinsed off and cleaned, mattress cover washed as well.
