• Electrical hookup is recommended for full use of AC, refrigerator, microwave, outlets, and appliances

• In Washington State, trailers under 3,000 lbs generally do not legally require trailer brakes, and this trailer is under that threshold

• Some states may have different trailer brake requirements — renters are responsible for researching towing laws for states they travel through

• A brake controller is still recommended for added towing safety and confidence

• Pets are welcome

• Black tank must be emptied before return or a $100 dump fee will apply
