Accommodating but with cancellations. Dionte and Jessica accommodate pick-ups and offer thorough walkthroughs. However, there are several instances of bookings being canceled, some on the day of departure.

Drives great, in pristine condition. The luxury coach provides an amazing driving experience, described as a trip highlight. It is consistently praised for being very nice, clean, and in excellent shape.
