  This fee is to cover the cost to refill the propane for the unit.

  This fee covers any additional cost for replacement of a cracked windshield during the rental.

  This is required if your pick up date is on a Federal Holiday.

  This is required if your return date is on a Federal Holiday.
• Dumping Fee$150
  This is an optional fee you can add if you do not want to dump the gray and black tanks after your trip. This fee will be added if the RV is returned with anything other than empty tanks unless otherw

  This fee will be added if the RV is returned in any other condition than how it was provided to you for your trip. This does not include pet-related cleaning.
• Pet Cleaning Fee$150
  Dog(s) are allowed and free of charge in some of our units (pre-approval required). This fee will be applied if needed due to pet-related cleaning/repairs.
• Fuel Tank Refill$100
  This additional fee will be applied if the drivable RV is not returned with a full tank of gas. The fee is $100.00. Additionally, the price of fuel needed to fill the gas tank will be deducted from yo
• Late Pick Up Fee$150
  This fee will be added if you are late to pick up the RV beyond 1 hour past the scheduled pick up time.
• Late Return Fee$150
  This fee will be added if you are late to return the RV beyond 1 hour past the scheduled return time.
• Winter Rental Fee$150
  Fee to de-winterize the RV for rentals between November 1st - March 15th.
