Responsive, thorough, and accommodating. Mark provides detailed walkthroughs, responds promptly to questions, accommodates requests like airport delivery and mileage, and has refunded for issues. However, there are instances of last-minute cancellations.

Easy to drive, well-equipped, lower clearance. The van is spacious, comfortable, and easy to drive, even for beginners. It features a great layout with a pop-top bed, stocked kitchen, and optional grill. Some minor wear/tear and low clearance limit off-road use.
