Host rules

• The renter is responsible for any tolls, we have an EZ Pass that may be used but the cost of any tolls during your rental period will be deducted from the deposit.

• Pickup is 3pm and drop off is 11am, unless alternative times have been discussed beforehand.

• Late Fees: We will work with you on pickup and drop off and generally will give an hour or 2 grace period, depending on the next booked trip, but anything more than that is subject to the Outdoorsy late fee policy as seen here: https://www.outdoorsy.com/service-fees
( The prorated fee is usually between $10-$15 an hour, depending on the time of year)

• No Smoking: If smoking is detected, you will be responsible for the fumigation costs and an additional $100 for my time to deal with it.
