Introducing Topher the Getaway! Topher is 2022 Sanctuary 19P with a Mercedes Chasis. In short, he's a decked out Class B, camper van.

Topher equipped with new full suspension from Agile Off Road (RIP Kit):
Fix the harsh wallowing ride. This Ride Improvement Package combines STS (Stop The Sway) shock & strut package with custom rate RIP Rear Leaf Springs & Front Coilovers for the ultimate on & off-road performance handling package!
With the lithium battery, no generator is needed. It's super quiet, so if you are sensitive to noise this is a plus! Topher's pull out bed is a nice size, larger than a full size bed, slightly smaller than a queen. The refrigerator is a sweet size - check out the photos to get an idea.
Everything is cleaned and sanitized prior to pickup. We provide clean kitchen towels, bath towels, hand towels and comforter (make sure to check the boxes in the add-on section for these items, we do not charge for them).
Our utensils, bowls and plates are eco friendly.
In the "What's included" section, you'll see Topher has everything you need for your trip.

Prior to your departure, we'll go over a detailed orientation so you'll feel comfortable taking off. We'll be available all times, text or phone to ensure you have the support you need.

Pickup Info:
Please try to arrive on time—we’ll need about 45 minutes to go over the van. Weekdays, I usually do pickups after 4 PM because of my full-time job. On weekends, it’s usually around 3 PM, but I’m flexible if we plan it in advance.
If after 4 PM on weekdays doesn’t work for you, here are a couple of other options.
First, I can leave the key in a lockbox for a more flexible pickup time. However, we’ll need to set up a quick training session before your trip to show you how the van works. I’m free for training on weekends, holidays, or weekdays after 4 PM, so just let me know ahead of time to make sure the van is available.
Second, you can pick up the van a day early for a half-day rental fee. This way, you can start your adventure the next day.
Return:
- Return time is 4pm but we are flexible as long as scheduled in advance.
- Please return the van in the same condition you picked it up. If returned dirty, there will be a $100 cleaning fee.
- The exterior of the car is expected to be a bit dirty, but if extremely dirty with excess amount of mud and dirt, there will be a fee of $100.
- Fuel convenience fee, if you are unable to fill up the gas tank prior to returning there is a $20 fee + the cost of gas.
- Propane convenience fee, if you are unable to fill up the propane prior to returning there is a $20 fee, cost of propane is included.
- Must empty the grey water tank. If not, there is a $100 fee.
- Must empty the toilet cassette. If not, there is a $200 fee.
- There is no credit or refund for early returns.
- We are flexible on the return time, as long as agreed and scheduled in advance. You will also be responsible for the cost of any canceled rentals due to a late return that was not agreed upon.
- Any return after 6pm will incur $100 charge and if returned after 8pm there will be a full day rate charged.
