I have a lightweight and family-friendly 2022 KZ - Sportsmen 130RB travel trailer, that is fully stocked and ready for your summer adventures and road trips. KZ only weighs 2,320 lbs. making it easy to tow by all midsize SUVs and trucks through Colorado’s Rocky Mountains – KZ pulls beautifully with my 2018 Toyota 4Runner.
On the interior, KZ makes great use of the space by having a full bathroom, full shower, double burner stove, fridge, microwave, radio, and an almost queen-sized bed. The sofa on the side can also be turned into a bed that could sleep one child - I can provide a 4-person tent for Free, just add it in the add-on section below. KZ is equipped with a 15-gallon freshwater tank (comes empty), a 15-gallon black water tank, and a 15-gallon grey water tank, which make it great for both off-grid camping and full hook-up camping.
- Pick up:
KZ can be pick-up as early as 4:00 PM and as late as 7:00 PM - I am happy to accommodate early pickup, whenever possible, just shoot me a message.
- Drop Off:
KZ can be dropped off as early as 12:00 PM and as late as 3:00 PM – Any drop-off after 3:00 PM will result in a $50 fee.
- Towing:
2-5/16" hitch ball, a hitch can be provided for free upon request. But please make sure you have a brake controller and a 7-pin round connection. Even though KZ is light, renters will need to have a brake controller in order to operate the trailer brakes. A wireless brake controller and weight distribution hitch with sway control can be provided for a small fee.
- Orientation:
Please allow for 30-45 minutes for orientation and set up during pick-up.

Communicates well and supportive. Many praise Izzy's clear instructions, prompt communication, and detailed pickup walkthroughs. He provides a well-stocked camper. However, there was a cancellation and one renter faced charges for early pickup and an absentee drop-off for which he provided explanations.
Lightweight and Tows Well. Described as lightweight and easily towed by various vehicles like a Subaru Ascent. Guests praise its cleanliness, cozy interior, and comfortable beds with a memory foam topper. It's well-equipped for trips.

- The trailer will be set up and stocked with all features of comfort, but please reach out with any special requests, my goal is for you to have the most memorable camping experience in the Colorado mountains:
- 1. Generator, wireless brake controller, and weight distribution hitch with sway control are available for an additional fee.
- 2. Toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, 3 pillows, mattress pad for extra comfort, linens (upon request - select in add-ons section), blankets (upon request - select in add-ons section), Towels (upon request - select in add-ons section), French press, coffee, hot chocolate, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pots, pans, and a kettle.
- 3. 2 Camping chairs – Can be added on for FREE
- 4. First aid kit
- 5. Mirror extensions (if needed) – All I ask is that the extensions are returned and in the same condition they were received. Failure to return the mirrors or not returning them in the same condition they were received will incur a cost of $20.
- 6. Board/card games for rainy days

- Features:
- Please note that certain features of the trailer can only be used while hooked into shore power (AC, Microwave, and Fridge). If you plan on doing dispersed off-grid camping, I recommend having a generator. I offer a high-quality and quiet WEN 3800W portable generator rental for a small fee. The generator would provide enough power to run the AC, microwave, fridge, lights, water pump, retract the awning, radio, indoor, and indoor-outdoor speakers...etc.

Host rules
- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the trailer. Any indication of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee which will be taken out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages or damages. (I would hate to charge this fee, so please do not smoke inside the trailer)
- Awning Use: Please do not use the awning during windy days, and please make sure to retract the awning before going to bed to prevent any overnight damage. Any damage to the awning will have to be assessed by a specialist and the cost of repair PLUS a service fee of $75 will be taken out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages or damages.
- Off-roading: No Off-roading is allowed with the trailer. The trailer can be taken on country unpaved roads to reach a campsite, but not on any off-roading trails. Please reach out to discuss any specific situations.
- Dump Fee: The trailer should be returned with the black and gray water tanks completely empty. Failure to return the black and gray water empty will result in a $120 fee will be taken out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages or damages
- Only use toilet paper provided to flush down the toilet.
- It is required to make sure the battery does not dip below its optimal charge.
- Due to smell concerns no cleaning or cooking of fish is allowed in the trailer. Plan to cook the fish outside.
- Please do not climb on the roof. Any damage to the roof/roofing material will have to be assessed by a specialist and the cost of repair PLUS a service fee of $75 will be taken out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long as there are no other overages or damages.
- If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roads
