I’ve put a lot of time and money into building it the way I wanted, so I’m in no rush and definitely don’t need to sell it. If it stays, I’ll keep enjoying it.

That said, I’m curious to see what kind of offers are out there. If someone is serious and the right offer comes along, I’d consider letting it go.
