2021 Opus OP4 off road trailer

This is a multipurpose trailer, of course off-road use, but it can also be used as a mobile store for those who travel to sell their products. I’ve also seen opus trailers being used as a nurses care station.

Wheel and tire upgrade to American racing wheels and 10 ply Falken Wildpeak A/T 4W

2 X 100Watt Renogy solar panels paired with HQST charge controller.

Upgraded the onboard battery from 2 x AGM 100AH to 1 x EcoWorthy 280AH LiFePO4. Now I have power for a whole week.

With the upgraded battery I upgraded the charge controller to RecPro 55amp.

The factory battery monitor wasn’t very accurate so I upgraded the head unit and sensor with the Renogy 500 and shunt.

2 X 5V usb powered fans

3 usb-c outlets.

ARB elements fridge freezer with an Upgraded power cable to a drag chain cable.

Purpleline USA pole awning and full all weather trailer storage cover.

Upgraded water pumps to the super quiet Seaflow pumps.

Added an extra propane holder with extra tank.

Added 3’ foam camper mattress under the beds and it made a world of difference. We can actually sleep through out the night without waking up with sore hips and shoulders.

I removed the cassette toilet because I didn’t like the idea of doing my business 2 feet away from where i sleep. So instead we bought a Lugaloo toilet bucket from REI and use it in the outside shower area.
