Four-door Rubicon with about $8,300 in professional upgrades from High Country Performance 4x4. Every original part that came off is included - the factory wheels and tires, the factory bumper, and the hardtop - so you're not stuck with someone else's build if you'd rather run it closer to stock.

I'm moving on August 10 and it needs to be sold before then, which is why it's priced under book.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Two full sets of wheels and tires, 10 total. Nitto Ridge Grappler 35s on Method wheels, plus the factory Rubicon wheels and tires for winter or daily driving.

Both tops. Factory 3-piece hardtop for winter and highway quiet, and a Bestop premium sailcloth soft top for summer. Most Wranglers come with one or the other.

Both front bumpers. Steel winch-ready bumper with the winch mounted, plus the factory Rubicon bumper.

MILEAGE

About 8,900 miles in the last three years, roughly 3,000 a year. I work remotely so it's never been a commuter, and I travel a lot for work. Every previous owner drove it under 15,000 a year as well, which is how an eleven-year-old Wrangler only has 73k miles on it.

It's seen dirt roads and light trails, but it has never been rock-crawled or beaten on. Worth checking for on any built Jeep, and you're welcome to.

FACTORY RUBICON EQUIPMENT

Rubicon is the top off-road trim, with hardware that isn't cheap to add later:

- Locking front and rear differentials - force both wheels on an axle to turn together instead of spinning one uselessly
- Electronic sway bar disconnect - dash button that frees up suspension travel on rough terrain
- Heavy-duty Dana 44 axles, front and rear
- 3.6L Pentastar V6, automatic transmission
- Heated leather seats, excellent condition
- Navigation and premium audio
- Engine block heater

Lockers and sway bar disconnect both work correctly. Happy to demonstrate.

SERVICE HISTORY

- About $2,500 just completed, including the emissions repair below. Receipts available.
- At 63,946 miles: front and rear brake pads and rotors, alternator, battery, and serpentine belt replaced.
- I bought it as a Jeep Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in 2019.
- 30 documented service records, consistent oil changes and differential checks throughout.

All current repairs are covered, but my mechanic mentioned that a future brake vacuum pump service may eventually be needed. Happy to factor that into the final price as well.

CONDITION - THE FULL PICTURE

Emissions. The Carfax shows a failed emissions test. That's where most of the recent $2,500 went. All of that is now repaired. However, Colorado State Law requires that I provide a fresh passing certificate at the sale regardless.

Rust. No structural rust, rot, or corrosion anywhere on the frame or body. The underbody photos show light surface rust on the frame rails and hardware. The metal underneath is solid - no soft spots, no scaling, no holes, no corrosion repairs. Factory frame coating is intact and the frame stampings are still readable. Sold new in Texas, three years in Alaska, Colorado since 2020, all on the Carfax. Bring a screwdriver and check the frame yourself - I'd rather you did.

Cosmetic:
- Windshield has multiple cracks
- Trim piece missing on the rear passenger door
- Surface rust on the aftermarket front bumper (clean factory bumper included)

The rest of the Carfax is clean: no accidents, no structural damage, no odometer discrepancies, no open recalls, clean title guaranteed across all three owners.
