**Condition:**
We purchased the van from Tim Dahle in October 2020 after it was brought up from the original owner in North Carolina. Because of its coastal history, it has some surface rust that is typical. Our mechanic has inspected it and says the rust is not alarming and is normal for a Nissan.

The hood has a few small paint pits, and the driver's side has several very small pits. The passenger side does not have these.

The original owner used it as a business vehicle with the seats removed and the carpet protected. We've used it as a family van with all 12 seats installed and added the rubber vinyl flooring shortly after purchasing it.
