Excellent communication and support. Jennifer is consistently responsive, promptly answering all questions and providing helpful instructional videos. She supplied everything needed, including kindling, and made drop-off/pick-up easy.
Comfortable, efficient driving experience. The van drives comfortably, parks easily, and offers good diesel gas mileage. It includes a heater, fan, and stove. However, some tires were 9 years old with cracked sidewalls.
