2013 Lexus GX GX 460 Premium Sport Utility 4D

This SUV has had regular service with oil changes every 5000 miles. V8 engine.

Please note:
-There is a dent on the passenger side above the rear fender. Light paint damage only - please see pic
-The check engine light and 4 lo are stuck on - see pic. Upon checking it's providing a shift solonoid/transmission code. I've had absolutely no issues shifting and have taken it to a transmission shop to diag. They told me there is nothing wrong with it (I have that on paper) though at this mileage the transmission is getting old. That has been factored into the price.
-Both front seats have some wear and tear, including a small hole in the driver's seat back
