This is a new camper build on an older van. Originally used as a cargo van with mostly highway miles. Most of the conversion was completed in 2020, with several upgrades and updates in 2025.

4 rear lap belts mounted to the van frame (2 on each bench). These are not factory installed, DOT approved, or legal seatbelts. Use at your own discretion. Bolts are accessible beneath the benches for tightening, welding, or removal.
Disclosures
Interior roof leak. Roof maintenance/sealant (Dicor self-leveling sealant around A/C) is needed to prevent leaks during heavy rain. Two RV repair shops have been unable to reproduce the leak despite flooding the roof with water.
