This is the well-kept one. I bought it in June 2019 at 111,800 miles and logged every service since with date, mileage, and cost. Roughly $18,000 in maintenance across 85,000 miles of my ownership, in a spreadsheet that comes with the truck. Oil and filter every 5,000 to 7,000 miles without exception.

JUST SERVICED AND INSPECTED AT LEXUS

I took it to Lexus of Frederick this month for a full multipoint inspection. Two things worth knowing:

AHC (the adjustable height control suspension) was verified working normally.

The open airbag recall is scheduled to completed at the dealer.

Also passed: front pads at 11mm, rear pads at 7mm, rotors, brake system and lines, cooling hoses, belts, CV boots and driveshafts, battery, all exterior lamps, TPMS, and spare tire.

RECENT WORK, LAST 12 MONTHS

- All four BFGoodrich KO2s, January 2026. About 3,000 miles on them, measured 13/32 at the dealer.
- Front pads, rotors, both front calipers, and brake fluid flush, November 2025
- Inner and outer tie rods, both sides, November 2025
- Water pump and coolant, November 2025
- Four wheel alignment, November 2025
- New battery, July 2026

ALREADY DONE, SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO

AHC line and fluid, alternator and tensioner, starter motor, transmission fluid with proper Toyota ATF WS, rear pads and rotors, radiator, serpentine belt, thermostat, AC blower motor, headlight assemblies, u-joints.

WHAT IT IS

5.7L V8, 383 hp. Full time 4WD with a locking center diff and low range. Adjustable ride height. Third row. Rated to tow 8,500 lbs and the trailer harness is already wired in. This is a Land Cruiser underneath, and these routinely run past 300,000 miles when they are looked after. This one has the paperwork showing how it got to 198k.

Built for Colorado. It has never hesitated in a snowstorm, and the KO2s plus the height control make forest roads a non-event. Rhino-Rack rails and basket included, along with aux beam lights.

HONEST NOTES

It is a 16 year old truck at 198k, so a few things are what you would expect. The AFS headlight light is on, most likely tied to the aftermarket assemblies installed.
