Up for sale is my custom-built 2007 Nissan Xterra with only 105,000 original miles. I’ve personally owned and built this truck for the past 11 years (purchased at 80k miles). It’s been an incredible adventure vehicle, but I am downsizing my garage.

Title Status:
Salvage title due to a minor rear-end impact when I originally purchased it—only the rear tailgate and rear bumper were replaced. Mechanically solid, straight frame, and 100% turn-key.

Suspension, Drivetrain & Tires:

Lift: 5-inch suspension lift.

Front: Full Titan Swap (long-travel setup, super plush off-road ride).

Rear: Swapped M226 heavy-duty rear end with heavy-duty leaf springs.

Tires & Alignment: 285/75R16 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3s with less than 2,000 miles on them. Fresh alignment done right after installation.

Armor, Camping & Recovery:

Front Bumper: Custom heavy-duty steel winch bumper.

Winch: 9,000 lbs winch installed and fully functional.

2 Roof Racks: Includes a large 7x4 ft custom camping platform/deck (great for rooftop tents or gear), plus a 2nd separate gear rack with an integrated Hi-Lift jack mount (swaps out easily depending on your setup).

Lighting: Top LED light bar + side pod lights for night setups on the trail.

Interior & Tech:

ZERO warning lights on the dash.

ATOTO Android touchscreen stereo with Backup Camera.

Runs and drives great. Paint has honest trail scratches/desert pinstriping from off-roading, but the body and frame are rock solid. The truck rides great on the highway and is a lot of fun on the trails.
