Pros:
New engine, no smoke, no noises
Transmission is healthy, fluid is red.
No drivetrain or suspension noises.
The interior is clean, slight tear on seat.
Underside is completely free of rust.
New Bridgestone Blizzak tires.
HVAC works, heat and A/C work great.
No leaks

Cons:
Sunroof doesn't work
Windshield cracked.
Rust hole in rear QP, dent in front bumper/fender.
“DVD” error on nav screen.

Engine recently replaced (~170k miles on engine).
New timing belt/water pump.
Cam and crank seals.
Valve cover gaskets.
