Description
1999 Toyota Land Cruiser (100 Series) — $15,000 firm. No Trades.
269k miles, one shop's worth of documented maintenance history, and a build that's actually been done right — not just bolted together. Selling because life's pulling in a different direction, not because there's anything wrong with this truck.
THE BUILD
Aftermarket front bumper
Aftermarket rear bumper with D-ring recovery points
Snorkel
KMC wheels, good tread remaining on current tires
Rear sleeping platform with locking drawer storage
Factory rear locker (E-Locker), functional
SPC adjustable upper control arms — correct caster/camber geometry dialed in for the lift, not just a stock arm shoved to its limit
Old Man Emu 1.5" suspension lift + 1" body lift
Fits 35" tires with zero rubbing — currently running 33" Falken Wildpeak A/Ts (chosen for better snow performance), so there's real headroom to size up without touching anything else
THE 2UZ-FE V8 IN THESE IS ONE OF THE MOST RELIABLE ENGINES TOYOTA HAS EVER BUILT. 269k is high, but with the maintenance below, it's got a long life left in it — these routinely run to 300k-400k+ in the hands of people who take care of them.
RECENT MAINTENANCE (all done at one shop — full records available)
-Brand new battery
-Timing belt, water pump, and bearing replaced at 247,036 mi.
-New Steering rack in the last 15k miles. I was chasing what I felt to be poor steering. You'll see a lot of alignments in my maintenance history, and that's why I installed the adjustable UCAs (there were already aftermarket UCAs on the truck when I bought it). Ultimately I fixed it with a new steering rack, and now it feels perfect.
-Tundra front brake upgrade installed — bigger rotors and calipers than stock, a well-known fix for the 100-series' undersized factory brakes, especially relevant on a built rig like this
-Front rotors, pads, wheel bearings repacked, wheel seal replaced — 12/2025
-Rear axle shaft seal replaced, bearings repacked — 3/2026
-Front axles, inner/outer tie rods, SPC UCAs installed, rear brake calipers/rotors/pads, full alignment — 2024
-Rear A/C lines replaced
-Full synthetic oil changes on schedule throughout
Odometer photo and maintenance invoices available on request — happy to share the full paper trail.
CONDITION, HONESTLY

This isn't a stock grocery-getter — it's a mechanically sorted, properly built 100-series ready to go straight to camp, the trail, or just daily duty. Priced to move at $15,000 firm. Serious inquiries only — message me here for more photos, the full maintenance file, or to arrange a look.
