Known Issues (seller-disclosed)

• Minor oil seepage (~3–5 drops; oil checked weekly, topped off about once since owned)
• Windshield washer squirters non-functional (wipers work; possible tubing break, not fully diagnosed)
• Both rear windows need new regulator assemblies
• Window seals could be replaced (not currently leaking)
• Saggy headliner
• Ham radio unused — likely needs attention
• Some underbody/trail surface rust (seller plans to mitigate over summer if not sold first)
