I’d like to touch on one of the most common questions I receive: Where can you camp or park overnight on Oʻahu?
For liability reasons, I’m not able to give specific recommendations on overnight spots. That said, there are some great resources online—such as hipcamp—where you can find paid overnight parking or camping options. A quick Google search for places on Oʻahu may also reveal some great spots. There might even be a site out there that’s curated a list of locations others have vouched for.
My best overall advice is to use good judgment and keep an eye out for safe, sensible places to stay. Please note that municipal parks on Oʻahu are not open for overnight for parking or camping; most of them close between 10 PM and 5 AM.

Van pick-up & drop-off details: The van is staged at a local church. You have two pick-up options: 1. Meet me at the church (location disclosed later) via your own travel arrangements...or 2. I can pick you up at the airport ($30) and take you to the van staging area at the church parking lot.
If you need pick up at the airport, there will be a $30 charge for airport pick-ups and drop-offs. The fee is comparable to an Uber ride. If you don't need or opt out for my transportation, you can choose any public transportation.
Lastly, so there are not surprises, there is an "AirTag" in the van to track its location at all time. If you operate an iPhone, you may be notified that one is in your vicinity. If this is a nuisance, please let me know. It should not be pinging regularly.
