Great family camping and/or hunting rig! Sleeps 3- 4 adults. Queen over-cab bed (2) + bench seats makes second bed (2).

Interior completely renovated in 2020, including flooring, paint and trim, countertops, curtains, plumbing, solar added in 2024 w/ Victron 75/15 charge controller, two 100 watt solar suitcases, and a 100amp Lifepo4 battery (all included).

Reico jack stands added in 2023 at all 4 corners! Each has 1000lb capacity (camper roughly 1000 lb dry)

Vinyl in good shape and water tight. A couple patches - repaired properly- have held for 5+ years. Windows have screens, vinyl see-through windows, and black-out covers.

Roof: all sheet metal screws with washers replaced then painted with flex seal - roof is water tight. All new roof latches in 2025.

2026: new skylight roof vents

All appliances work. Includes: 2-burner stove - propane; furnace (heating element and fan replaced); three-way fridge; upgraded LED lighting; 12v water pump

Truck leveling blocks and raised platform go with camper. (See dimensions for explanation of raised platform.)

Camper Dimensions:
- In-bed dimensions - 59.75” x 96.5”
- Above bed dimensions - 80.75” x 128.75”
- Bed to bed rail depth - 20”
- Raised platform - I built a raised 4” platform to accommodate my deeper bed. Raised platform can go with camper if needed.

The less good:
- window near truck cab was removed before I bought. I replaced with plexi-glass but it needs replaced again.
- Some siding damage near truck cab (expected with camper’s age)
- Some exterior trim could use replacing
- Some rust on heater cover
