Responsive, accommodating, detailed explanations. Mike thoroughly explains functions, responds promptly to questions, accommodates early pickups, and provided excellent support including addressing issues during a trip.
Drives like a regular car. The camper van is easy to drive, maneuverable, fuel-efficient, and fits regular parking spaces. It's clean, well-equipped, has a comfortable bed, and functional systems for camping, accommodating up to three people.

• Pickup is 3pm and drop off is 11am, unless alternative times have been discussed beforehand.
• Late Fees: We will work with you on pickup and drop off and generally will give an hour or 2 grace period, depending on the next booked trip, but anything more than that is subject to the Outdoorsy late fee policy as seen here: https://www.outdoorsy.com/service-fees
( The prorated fee is usually between $10-$15 an hour, depending on the time of year)
• No Smoking: If smoking is detected, you will be responsible for the fumigation costs and an additional $100 for my time to deal with it.
